Boot Camp for Seniors & Caregivers - In Crisis
A one day workshop targeting concerns for seniors and family caregivers needing immediate resources to determine their next steps. A non-clinical assessment is completed to identify six (6) areas of information attendees want to focus on.
Senior industry professionals deliver pointed information and resources, with question and answer sessions to clarify what is the next best step.
Includes workbook, assessment and resource materials. Attendees may bring an additional senior/family caregiver at no additional cost.

Tools for Caregivers & Seniors - Planning Ahead
A 1 day planning ahead workshop for seniors, focusing on resources for current and future needs for seniors and family caregivers. A non-clinical assessment is completed to identify nine (9) areas of information attendees want to focus on. Senior industry professionals deliver pointed information and resources, with question and answer sessions to clarify the best plan for each senior and/ or caregiver.
Includes workbook, assessment and resource materials. Attendees may bring an additional senior/family caregiver at no additional cost.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Powerful Tools for Caregivers, developed by Legacy Health Systems, is an educational series designed to provide you with the tools you need to take care of yourself. This program will help you: reduce stress, improve self-confidence, better communicate your feelings, balance your life and increase your ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful online caregiver tools.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes consist of six (6)/ 90-minute sessions held once a week. Experienced Class Leaders will conduct each session. Interactive lessons, discussions and brainstorming will help you take the "tools" you choose and put them into action for your life. This program is provided to enhance and strengthen the quality of life for people in Maricopa County. Individuals unable to meet the fee payment should contact us for special rates.
